The Location was great, near The University Campus and the Rail Station. I was a bit confused on Self Check in, after that the Stay was great

The hotel is unstaffed and hence I had to contact the customer service using email. However, the customer service doesnt seem to know english and replied really slow. It'd be better if you text then using japanese. Aside from that, the price and value for money is superb. The bed was comfty and access to hokkaido university and sapporo station was nice.

There was an error in the machine kiosk for checking in. Good thing there was a hotel guest who knows how to speak Nihongo and spoke with the hotel staff on call to convey the issue with the machine. A few guest were stuck in the lobby not being able to check in. I was there before 3pm and the machine was fixed almost at 5/6pm. I think there should still be a staff available for people to speak to regardless if there’s a machine to check in. In case this problem might arise in the future as some Travellers might be checking in late and what if they encounter this problem like we had and no on to help them.

1. The room is so small, without table and chairs. You should sit on the lower bunk (bed )and put your food on the dirty carpet to eat.
2. The room is so dark. If you sleep on the lower bunk, you barely can see anything. You could NOT check if your bed and pillow are clean or not.
3. My kids slept on the upper bunk, and she got an eye inflammation.
