    two exits right next to snow fest area. Subway just next door. Restaurants are nearby with convenient stores.

    The location was perfect with easy access to shopping and great walkability. Were easily between two major stations and right by odori park. The room size was comfortable and the hot water and Wi-Fi worked flawlessly. Was able to work remotely with no connectivity issues. Facilities were well maintained and contributed to a pleasant stay. Our five night stay included the use of pool, onsen and gym; all of which were well maintained. Staff were friendly and attentive, and overall cleanliness was impressive making this a great value for the money.

    Room is old and dark. They dont have key cards - they still use a key to open guest rooms. Gym is topnotch! Lobby receptionists only one knows how to speak English. They dont provide much pillows - we are a family of three and they only gave us extra one pillow each plus the one that comes with each single bed. We stayed during winter and they didnt have aircondition. Only heater. So be prepared to sweat if youre not used to sleeping in a warm room.
