    I really had a great experience at this hotel. Facilities are a bit old, however, it does not raised any concern as it serves its purpose. Customer service is top notch! You can directly get in touch with them using agoda. Room is cleaned when we arrived. My only concern is the AC unit that needs to be cleaned . Other than that, im all good and will be staying again at this hotel when I come back. Arigatou

    It started from dirty front door, no staff to help if you need help with check in , hallways -damaged floor as per picture, room furniture Very outdated and some are falling apart part . See pictures
