Great location. Kindly accommodated my early check in request after an international flight. My only small complain is that it’s very noisy - original beautiful floors, and doors create this problem- maybe ask guests to be a little more mindful

Lovely Room on third floor. We stayed in Catriona Room. Bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. Only issue was strong smell of sewage in bathroom. Everything was very clean though. We took it in stride and kept the door to the bathroom closed. Sound carried in the apartments, but we took this in stride. We got a good price on the room in Venice. Loved Venice.

Location was fantastic, nice and clean. We had the deluxe room and it was huge. Towels, Fridge, TV, kettle, mugs and wine glasses all in the room. I love the fact that everything was no further than 15-20 minutes walk. Would definitly recommend to anyone staying in Venice
My only critisism was that the bed sheets were really thin and when we asked for more we were told they didnt have any.
