This property was excellent for our Engineers one night stop. They said it had everything they needed and it was nice and comfortable. They felt it was much better for them personally to stay here than hotels.

Fiona is an excellent host the house was lovely and cosy when we arrived there was even tea coffee sugar & milk which we hadn't anticipated so we had brought our own as we knew the shops close earlier on a Sunday we used to live in Findlater St. Was lovely to be back for a couple of nights in a beautiful home.

The house was great for what we were doing
The house hadn't been cleaned
Black hairs under the toilet seat
Glass doors grubby
Stair carpet dusty
Kitchen needed a good clean 3 cups dirty cutlery dirty
The host extremely petty re arrival time the house was empty we had arrived 30 min early we had a rather sarky message re us being early as she stays on the street we had asked if we could come early given the weather house was empty rather than given us a sarky comment maybe if she had said house ready early
Certainly won't be giving good review and won't be back
We use alot of booking .com accommodation never had a place like it
