The flat is super, everything you need for a break. Such a lovely touch walking into the pre-warmed flat on the 30th December!! A very homely welcome for sure 😊

Self catering apartment with amazing views across the Moray Firth!! Kitchen - spacious, electric radiator, everything onsite thats required for cooking from pots & pans to spatulas & spoons! Also an under counter fridge with small icebox, washing machine, electric counter hob, electric grill/oven, kettle & toaster, microwave, lots of crockery/cutlery/glassware, cloths/towels/sponges/cleaning stuffs Lounge - choice of 2 sofas one is a sofa bed with all bedding required in the wardrobe, amazing sea & sand views from the large windows & binoculars onsite a great bonus, electric radiator & electric fire, mirror allowing another beautiful view whilst sitting at the dining table for 4, blinds, several double sockets & one with USB charging function, umbrella onsite just incase too 😅 Bedroom - electric radiator, double bed with duvet quilt, 4x pillows & all bedding provided (bed is very low & mattress very soft), bedside cabinets, bedside lamps, built in wardrobes, fold up bed in wardrobe, blind & mirror Shower room - small space, towels & shower mat provided, electric shower, electric heater & fan, sink, toilet & toilet roll Parking - free parking is available with no booking at front & back roadside as well as privately (privately is tight with a larger vehicle)

A beautiful well proportioned property with all mod cons and an amazing view across from the fantastic golden sandy beach. That view alone is worth the price !
The outside of the apartment block isn’t much to look at but that makes the inside feel so much better and a wonderful surprise.
