Very comfortable and cosy. Lovely location. Views beautiful. Bed very comfortable too.

Few steps but not a major problem normally but in the snow and ice more challenging when unloading car, bringing logs in etc. Recycling not clear, only 1 bin with number 4 on but

Christmas in Lossiemouth

Location is ideal, house is well situated for the beach with wonderful views.if your lucky you can see dolphins from balcony. I've stayed 3 times and seen dolphins each time. Accommodation has everything you need for your stay and also leave you a welcoming pack which is much appreciated. Plenty of different takeaways if you can't be bothered to cook. But everything there if you want to cook a meal ,it's also nice and cosy for families or romantic couples

The property is in a great location, and was very well equipped. Only lacking a garlic press!

For us the stand out point was the balcony outside the two bedrooms, where we could sit, admire the view and watch the world go by

The sitting room was just a touch on the dark side, although not much that the owners can do about that.

Care required when opening gate into garden (to access the steps to the property), as there are a few steps, immediately behind the gate, going downwards.

Great location with very comfy beds. Fantastic balcony overlooking the harbour/beach (accessed from both bedrooms). Bathroom is on same floor as bedrooms. Well equipped kitchen. Off street parking.

Great accommodation and facilities, nice and cozy on autumnal days. The kitchen had everything I needed, and I appreciated the welcome snacks. Loved the views from the balcony - watching the gannets diving for fish!

They key safe area is a bit dark and the safe is fiddly... made worst by the weather on the day!

location and layout of property. very clean and tastefully decorated. Fantastic views of the sea from bedroom balcony. lots of thought put into making sure we had everything for the holiday. walking distance to beach, bars/restaurants and shops.

The central heating only worked on day 1 and it was very cold upstairs, too cold to take a shower! The lounge had log burning stove so was warm downstairs. used water bottle for bed. The owner was was very sorry and did everything in his power to fix heating but to no avail. he supplied extra logs whenever needed and bought two fan heaters. Despite the cold I still loved the place and the owner is a true gent. would definitely stay again…but perhaps in the summer next time!

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing!

Location was excellent. Property has a balcony overlooking the sea and beach.......Absolutely superb property, immaculate and had everything anyone could need. Beds so comfortable and bedding high quality. Welcome pack very much appreciated. Will definitely book again and also recommend to anyone looking for the perfect place to stay. Saw Dolphins from the balcony and was lovely to sit out there in an evening watching the surfers. 5 Star***** Thank you to Sarah and David for sharing their beautiful home and a big applause for Densie the housekeeper who keeps the property at a level which surpasses most properties we've ever stayed in......Well done and thank you all.

Excellent accommodation, made for a very relaxing time

The balcony, great for views and relaxing. The property had binoculars for use by guests, excellent when there is plenty of wildlife to try and spot! Property had excellent facilities, including a utility room.

Bedrooms get early morning sun, thicker curtains would have been good on some mornings. Bedrooms only have one bedside light, would have preferred one each side of bed.

Fabulous house; highly recommend

Apartment was beautifully furnished. Kitchen was well stocked with clear instructions on how to use appliances. Hosts left a fantastic basket of goodies, which we enjoyed. The living room was lovely, with a great sound system, although we spent most of the time on the balcony leading off the bedrooms enjoying the spectacular view.

Very pleasant until the issues with heating/hot water

The location was great

The heating and hot water supply stopped working on Tuesday 11th February, so Mr Peers endured 3 nights in the property without any heating.

Very very enjoyable stay .

Very comfortable and cozy home from home facilities with the Hugh added bonus of the sea view from every room , would love to come back here.

The only thing for us was the steps to the property and the winding staircase. But everything else was Wonderful.
