Seaside View - Saint-Laurent-du-Var

Fantastic apartment in a modern building with very spacious rooms and a friendly, welcoming host. Everything was amazing. The rooftop swimming pool overlooking Nice was absolutely incredible. Secure parking in the garage, air conditioning, and the apartment is close to local amenities and the beach. 10/10 – definitely a 5-star stay. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful, peaceful and spotlessly clean flat with lovely views and a cute little private terrace where you can enjoy your coffee in the morning. The complex has a great infinity pool on the roof open until 8pm for a swim, and it's a 7min walk to the nearby St Laurent du Ver restaurants and beaches where you can rent a sunbed and relax. Highly recommended flat, I hope to stay here again next year on our next trip to the Cote D'Azur!

Czysto, zadbanie, ładne widoki, basen na dachu

Posizione perfetta per accedere alla spiaggia e ai ristoranti lungo la spiaggia. C'è il garage multipiano nei due piani sotterranei con il posto riservato. C'è l'ascensore con dispositivo di sicurezza che fa in modo che possa essere utilizzato solo da chi ha le chiavi. L'appartamento è spazioso e luminoso, ci sono armadi a muro e mobili contenitori in ogni stanza, gli elettrodomestici e le finiture sono di pregio. Anche se non è vista mare, il panorama dalle grandi finestre è fantastico!! C'è il balconcino con divanetto e poltroncine. L'host è sempre disponibile e super gentile. Ci è piaciuto moltissimo!

Avremmo voluto poter utilizzare la piscina all' ultimo piano, ma non era ancora aperta, dato il periodo.
