Apartament w doskonałej lokalizacji, widok z balkonu na Odrę. Jasne, ciepłe mieszkanie nowocześnie urządzone i w pełni wyposażone (lodówka,mikrofalówka, czajnik, odkurzacz, tv z dostępem do internetu, szybki światłowód, kontakty blisko łóżka). W tym samym budynku znajduje się Żabka, na piętro można dostać się windą. Dostęp do wiaty śmietnikowej. Bardzo dobry kontakt z obsługą. W przypadku awarii bardzo szybko zostały podjęte działania, za co serdecznie dziękujemy! Gorąco polecamy!

Location is perfect! There is a lot to see and do in the city, and the apartment is central to almost every place. The apartment is beautifully decorated and well equipped... they even have dumbbells. lool, yes i worked out!! Stunning view of the city from the balcony. i enjoyed the sunrise over the city

Toilet mats in the toilet wouldn't be such a bad idea. A handbook on how to operate the dishwasher would not be bad either, given that everything is in Polish.

The apartment was not clean when we arrived. It looked like it had not been cleaned before our check-in. The bathroom was very dirty, there was no liquid soap for washing hands, and there were spider webs on the ceiling. The biggest issue was our first night. When we arrived, the windows were already open. We believe they had been left open because of the bed bugs, but the problem was still there. There were bed bugs in the bed and large spiders in the apartment. We were traveling with our baby, and it was impossible to sleep in the bedroom. We had to move to the second room with the TV. At first, I did not realize that the sofa could be unfolded into a bed. My baby slept on the sofa, while my husband and I stayed on the floor. In reality, none of us slept that night because we felt uncomfortable and worried. To be fair, the customer service was excellent. I called the phone number provided in the Booking information, and they answered immediately. The person who communicated with us was very kind, replied to every message quickly, and arranged for cleaners to come the following morning. I really appreciate their professionalism and willingness to help. After the apartment was cleaned, our stay became much better. In my opinion, this apartment has the potential to be a very good place to stay. If it had been properly cleaned before our arrival and checked carefully, especially for bed bugs, our experience would have been completely different. Unfortunately, our first night was extremely stressful and exhausting, especially because we were traveling with a baby.
