Apartly - Cisza w Nowoczesnym Stylu & Parking

Overall, we had a very good stay. The apartment looked modern, was clean, and was spacious enough for a small family with one child. We stayed there for almost 2 weeks and felt comfortable throughout our stay. The underground parking was very convenient, the location was quiet, and it was perfect for walking. Everything was easily accessible, and overall the area was excellent. The apartment also had air conditioning, which was a huge advantage, especially during the warmer days. The only issue inside the apartment was the TV, which did not work when we arrived. However, the host came quickly and fixed it immediately, so that was handled very professionally.

Unfortunately, I do have to mention a few negative points. Even though the host kindly asked me not to comment on the building itself because it is outside their control, I feel it is important for future guests to know. Almost every day there was construction noise from a neighboring apartment. During the last few days, drilling continued for most of the day, sometimes starting as early as 8:00 a.m. On one occasion, the drilling even continued until around 10:20 p.m., which I found unacceptable. While this is not the host’s fault, it still affects the overall experience because guests spend their time in the building. Another issue was the bed. One evening, while I was simply sitting on it before going to sleep, there was a loud crack. At first, we couldn’t figure out what had happened because everything looked normal. However, whenever someone lay on the bed afterward, it would sink down noticeably. Because of that, I slept on the couch for the rest of our stay. Fortunately, the couch was comfortable, so it wasn’t a major problem. Despite these issues, we still enjoyed our stay. The apartment itself was very nice, the host was responsive and helpful, and we felt comfortable overall. I would happily give this stay 8 out of 10.

Wybrałem tą lokalizację ze względu na bliskość ośrodka szkoleniowego, w którym uczestniczyłem na zajęciach. Apartament bardzo wygodny i estetycznie wykończony. Na duży plus balkon z widokiem na Odrę. Miejsce w garażu podziemnym jest niewątpliwie wielkim atutem.

Budynek jest nowy i niestety dochodzą dźwięki wykańczania w ciągu dnia. Nie ma dramatu. Bliskość wiaduktu kolejowego.
