Flot, rent og pænt. God beliggenhed tæt på den gamle by og havnen. Der er alt hvad man skal bruge. Sovesofaen sover man også rigtig godt på.
Der bygges meget i området. Nyt lejlighedskompleks bygges lige ved siden af og håndværkerne starter tidligt. Om et par år når det er færdigt bliver det et flot område.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und das Parkdeck befindest sich im Erdgeschoss. Bei der Übernahme war die Wohnung gründlich gereinigt und es waren Bettwäsche, Handtücher etc. vorhanden.
Während des Aufenthalts (Juni 2026) befand sich direkt nebenan eine Baustelle. Von Mo. – Sa. entstand eine extreme Lärmbelästigung. Auch die S-Bahn ist sehr laut und wir konnten die Whg nur mit geschlossenem Fenstern bewohnen. Auf dem Balkon war es def. zu laut und wir haben ihn nicht nutzen können. Im Bad roch es extrem nach Abwasser. Aktuell ist die Infrastruktur in näherer Umgebung nicht gegeben. Preis/Leistung stimmen hier nicht.
