The flat was big and had some nice furniture. But many details inside and outside should be improved

The flat was big and had some nice furniture. The view to the square was good.

The entrance to the house was scary. This information is for the host with suggestions for things that should be improved: The coffee machine didn't work - probably broken. Tea bags were missing. I missed a lamp beside the sofa. There was one at one end but not at the other end. However, this was with direct view from the neighbour at the opposite side of the street. There is no contact on the other end of the sofa to move the lamp. I was not aware that the contacts for the light over the eating table had to be pusshed twice to change the level (most of the time, there was a sharp light in the flat. It wasn't until the next day that I found out. A contact at the entrance by the flat was damaged, so sometimes it was completely dark when I entered. I also had problems with the contacts for plugging in in the bathroom.

Perfect apartment in perfect location!

Located on the 2nd floor apartment overlooks historic Old Town that features several restaurants and cafes. Couple minutes walk ti the Duke Castle and nice riverwalk promenade, couple more minutes to Wały Chrobrego with more walking/restaurants/museum options. Few more minutes walk to the city center. Tram stops are right outside but it’s easy to walk almost everywhere. Apartment is spacious with separate pocket door closing bedroom. Bed was perfect, not too soft and not too hard. Super clean and equipped with everything one may need. Coffee/tea/sugar/salt are provided. There is also a small grocery store right there so water and all else I needed was super easy to get. Host is accommodating and gracious and waited for me even though there is a key lock box outside. I have asked for no scents in the place and it was accommodated.

It was just perfect.

Well it meets my expectations. I just want to spend calm weekend and I get it what I want. The place has full equipment so you don’t need to worry about not having what you need. Also it is clean and the windows are sound proof so even if it is in the center nothing you will hear. So I had cozy weekend as I planed☺️☺️☺️ Thanks.

Przytulne mieszkanie z widokiem na rynek

Kolejny raz wynajmuje ten apartament i naprawdę doceniam dbałość o szczegóły. Widać, że po wakacjach mieszkanie jest odświeżone, w kuchni dodatkowo kawa, herbata i przyprawy to miły akcent. Jest to bardzo czyste, wygodne i ciepłe mieszkanie, w którym dobrze się czuje. Widok na rynek to plus 🙂a lokalizacja jest dla mnie idealna.

Ohne diesen beschriebenen Ärger jederzeit wieder.

Das Appartement ist gut ausgestattet und hat eine sehr gute Lage. Auch die Sauberkeit ist hervorzuheben.

Wir hatten große Probleme, in das Haus und damit in das Appartement zu kommen. Uns wurde wenige Tage vor der Abreise, zumindest für uns so erkennbar, ein PIN-Code per Email übermittelt. Als wir an der Wohnung eintrafen, mussten wir feststellen, dass wir mit diesem Code die Schlüsselbox nicht öffnen konnten. Nur mit freundlicher Hilfe eines Stettiner Bürgers, der über sein Handy beim Vermieter anrief, konnten wir dann mit dem korrekten Code die Schlüsselbox öffnen und so auch nach einiger Zeit, die wir in der kalten und feuchten Dezemberluft verbrachten, in das Appartement gelangen. Vorgestern zu Hause angekommen, habe ich in meiner Email-Post gesehen, dass erst am Nachmittag des 6. Dezember, also eine Stunde vor unserem Eintreffen in Stettin, eine Nachricht einging mit der Information zum korrekten Code der Schlüsselbox. Es muss doch möglich sein, dass uns diese Information einen Tag vor unserer Anreise zugegangen wäre. dann wäre uns dieser Ärger erspart geblieben.

Przyjemnie, ciepło i bardzo relaksująco.

Świetna lokalizacja, cicho w pokoju. Mieszkanie czyste, wyposażone we wszystkie potrzebne rzeczy. Kuchnia w pełni wyposażona. W sypialni piękna pościel i bardzo duża szafa. W salonie wygodny narożnik, telewizor, ława. W łazience kosmetyki oraz pralka. W mieszkaniu ciepło. Bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodynią. Czułam się zaopiekowana jak w gościnie u znajomych. Bardzo chętnie wrócę.

Jedyny minus to drugie piętro i brak specjalnego miejsca na mokre buty - tylko tego brakuje do dziesięciu gwiazdek.

Bardzo, bardzo!

W zasadzie wszystko. Lokalizacja (wszędzie blisko!), widok z okna kapitalny,bo wyposażenie (kuchenka mikrofalowa, ekspres, toster, żelazko), wielkość mieszkania, osobno wydzielona sypialnia z dużym łóżkiem, spora łazienka. Czysto, wygodnie, przyjemnie :) Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielką. Mogłem wprowadzić się wcześniej i wyjść później, za co dziękuję :)

Jeśli już można się do czegoś "przyczepić", to do wejścia do budynku. Jest na tyłach Rynku Siennego, coś na tym placu się chyba buduje, bo póki co nie wygląda szczególnie ładnie - może później będzie lepiej. Oczywiście to nie "wina" właścicielki. Sąsiedztwo Żabki - z jednej strony strategiczne, z drugiej lubią przed nią przesiadywać przedstawiciele lokalnego folkloru. Na szczęście nieszkodliwi :) Sama kamienica zamykana i bezpieczna - kamer więcej niż drzwi.

Bardzo lubię to mieszkanie i jak jest dostępne chętnie wynajmuje, właścicielka jest bardzo miła i pomocna. Mieszkanie przytulne, czyste i dobrze wyposażone. Plusem jest ładny widok z okna na rynek 🙂

Bardzo lubię ten apartament bo ma idealną lokalizację, mimo że to rynek to jest cicho w nocy, właścicielka jest bardzo pomocna w razie jakichkolwiek pytań i bezproblemowo można odebrać klucze. Poza tym mieszkanie ma bardzo dużo fajnych udogodnień (toster, ekspres, ściereczki, ręczniki papierowe itp.) i jak ktoś podróżuje cyklicznie to jest to prawdziwa wygoda a wcale nie jest to standardem podczas wynajmu.

Bardzo komfortowy apartament i bardzo dobrze wyposażony (ściereczki, ręczniki papierowe, toster, podstawowe przyprawy, butelka wody itp.), co poprawia komfort pobytu i nie zawsze jest standardem w wynajmowanych obiektach więc doceniam. Kontakt z właścicielką i odbiór kluczy bezproblemowy. Lokalizacja dla mnie idealna, bardzo blisko węzła komunikacyjnego. Jako bonus ładny widok na rynek z okien salonu :)
