Overall, the place is quite spacious and comfortable, and the bed was very nice. The towels and bed linen were clean and fresh. It does need some attention to fix a few minor maintenance issues, but these are relatively easy things to address and would make the stay even better.

The instructions on how to enter were not very easy to understand, and getting inside was a bit complicated. Also, the hallway light does not have a motion sensor or a switch near the door, and it turns off far too quickly, so you have to use your phone flashlight. On the positive side, they responded immediately to guide us inside and even made a video call to help us, which was very helpful. Another issue was that the fridge was not turned on. This means that if you are only staying for one night, the fridge does not have enough time to get cold. There were also a few minor maintenance issues: the door handle was loose, the heated towel rail was quite temperamental and did not always work properly, the shower drain fills up very quickly, which can easily cause water to overflow and make a mess, and the chair upholstery needs some cleaning. The air conditioning works normally, but it would also benefit from regular maintenance, as it seems slightly undersized for the space and could struggle to perform properly if it is not well maintained.

Great location & good value

Very hard to have a shower & not flood bathroom. Floor tiles are lethal when wet & are dangerous, particularly for older people or children Lots of noise from traffic (when windows are shut).
