Lage ist super

Gegenüber ist ein Parkplatz, so dass es sehr laut wird. Ebenso kann man nicht so schön auf dem Balkon chillen (klein, laut). Checkout war etwas problematisch. Bei Booking.com stand 12:00, aber um 11:00 war der Code nicht mehr gültig, so dass ich um 11:02 schon nicht mehr in die Wohnung kam. Musste über verschiedene Wege versuchen jemanden zu erreichen).

The apartment is clean, you have all the amenities you need. Great location and nice and central in Nicosia.

However, maybe a glass panel in the shower could be good as now most of the floor does get wet, I didn't find this to be an issue, but some might have an issue with it. Also a coffee machine would be great, but there is like this cute little coffee shop at the end of the street, so it has its charm to go out and get a great coffee there.

Tout été parfait, bien explique et bien mieux que ce à quoi je m attendais. La seule chose qui manquait est une machine à café style nespresso 😀 Mais ce n est qu un détail Je recommande fortement

Bon emplacement près du centre de Nicosie Propreté de l'appartement, confortable, il y avait tout le nécessaire

- Gros problème de bruit aux alentours : circulation + travaux qui commencent dès 5h du matin. Nous avons mal dormi. L'isolation phonique est une catastrophe : des fenêtres à double vitrage sont absolument nécessaires. - Le WiFi ne fonctionnait pas et malgré nos demandes, l'hôte (qui est bien sûr à l’étranger puis qu'il s’agit d'une société)n'a rien fait pour améliorer ça. - La salle de bain : une piscine après chaque douche, l'eau fuite partout car il n'y a pas de protection. Rien pour accrocher les serviettes - Pas de machine à café !
