Marios is one of the best hosts I have enjoyed in my recent travels. Friendly, attentive, and always there for a request. The property is huge, modern, and an A+ location in the center of Nicosia with private, reserved, secure parking. There are posh shops, bars, and restaurants all around. The apartment is quiet, comfortable and a gem.

Great location for a city stay. Within 20 minutes of most of the main areas for the city. Ample space in all rooms, with Aircon and parking which is ideal for the area. Communication with the host was excellent including a detailed description for parking and entry.
Kitchen doesn't have a lot of you are planning on cooking - but has plenty of crockery etc. Photos are clearly from a while ago - could do with a deep clean and a splash of paint in areas. But still good value for the area.

The location is key, it's the better part of this apartment also the parking is a plus. Good layout, large kitchen.
The smell was overwhelming!! It reeked of smoke like someone had spent years smoking with the windows shut inside, also the hot water for the shower was very limited which is not good if you value hygiene.
