Luxury Studio Nicosia

Excellent central location with off road parking and at least 15 minute walk away from the old town. Check in is unusual, you're messaged the codes for the building and the apartment to let yourself in. It takes a little getting used to but otherwise it's pretty slick. Room was clean and well presented with everything you need for a long weekend in Nicosia, I was there for about four or five days so probably a bit longer than the usual stay.

So when you google the place it shows you images of the artificial plant shop at the front of the biilding on Stasinou, the actual entrance is round the side next to the parking entrance. There is no clear signage for this. I thought it was the lobby of the building but turns it's not. The receptionist in there was very friendly and understanding and showed me the door so no harm done really. The AC temp was preset, no option to change it on the remote that I was able to figure out. The aforementioned parking is a bit tight and I did not have a big car (Skoda Fabia) but if you have rented something big like an SUV then DO NOT take it down there. There is a door that leads from the parking garage to the stairwell and lift but there was no mention of this in the welcome pack that I saw. Figured out the main door code works on this one too which saved a lot of time.

Top tier communication. Washed and dryed my clothes in 1 night. Good location, clear instructions on how to get inside, owner responsive and loved by someone. A treat for experienced travelers.

8/10 only because of "energy saving" vibe and no soap dish.

The room is equipped with everything one needs. The appartment is located very close to the old town and the bus station. The host is very friendly and responsive.

The washer / dryer is very good and I found 2 washing liquid pods ready to use in the flat. Nice touch. There were two sets of towels and some toiletries. The smart TV is amazing.

It was very cold when I was in Cyprus. The hot water did not work straight away, I learnt that one needs to start the "booster" and wait at least 30 mins to have hot water. The biggest problem was that the air conditioner did not heat sufficiently, even setting the temperature to 30°, and there is no other heater in the room. So I was sleeping with woolen jumper. The title "Luxury" is not appropriate given that the flat is located in a drab industrial building. Some doors on the same floor are missing and have been replaced by temporary wooden planks (Jan 2026). The parking lot (underground) is accessible from the street (no door) and not well lit.
