1 bedroom flat in city center

The location was very central and amazing. The size of the room and space was super - and everything was super clean! The host was easy to communicate with, and there were no issues whatsoever. I really loved the property and felt like home.

There are some things that could be improved - the couch felt that it could use some maintenance, the shower and drain were slight broken (but usable) - and there was no microwave in the house. Although these are minor inconveniences that could be improved, overall everything was perfect and I really loved my stay there.

The apartment had been cleaned to a very high standard. The bed was extremely comfortable and the towels smelled lovely and fresh and were of a good quality. Hand soap and washing up liquid/sponge had been provided - along with shower gel (although we used our own). The location was fantastic and easy to find. We enjoyed our time on the balcony and were grateful that it was shaded for the vast majority of the day. We visit family in Nicosia once or twice a year and would definitely book this apartment again.

We discovered that we could have done with some more hangers. There was an iron - but no ironing board. The shower head was very small. We were contacted very shortly into our stay to ask if everything was okay (to be fair to the owners) - but as we were in Nicosia for a funeral, we didn't want any 'fuss' with people coming in/out of the apartment. The above points did not spoil our stay.

Everything was good

The apartment was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was great. The balcony was really lovely (sunny in the afternoon) and the A/C worked well.

Some basics were lacking: the kitchen has just about what you need but there is only one frying pan etc… there is no toaster or coffee machine. The sofa is old and saggy, so not very comfortable. Above all, I really struggled to get replies from the host about important things - for instance, I still haven’t received a correct invoice for my stay!! On my first day, they messaged to ask if there was anything they could do to “make sure I would be satisfied”… so as they asked, I replied with details of the points listed above, yet they never did anything about it or even replied throughout my whole two week stay. Really disappointing.
