Очень хороший и отзывчивый хозяин апартаментов. При заселении обнаружили, что не хватало полотенец для двух жильцов. Сразу связались с хозяином — буквально в тот же час он прислал уборщицу, и вопрос быстро решился. Всё исправили без лишних проблем. Так же хотелось бы отметить мы были в Генуе в августе — стояла невероятная жара. Очень порадовала хорошая система кондиционирования в апартаментах: всегда было комфортно и прохладно. Для летнего отдыха — большой плюс! Всё, что указано в объявлении, полностью соответствует действительности. Апартаменты в точности такие, как на фото и в описании. 🙌🏻

Gostei das acomodações! Apto limpo, bem equipado, o administrador atende as solicitações dos hóspedes rapidamente e mesmo não o conhecendo sempre se mostrou gentil e educado no atendimento!
Para eu e minha acompanhante que não usamos carro o local é um pouco distante e não tem táxi próximo. No dia do check-out o administrador, gentilmente, solicitou a um taxista para fazer nosso transfer da hospedagem até estação de trem.
