This property has everything you need and was the best property that we stayed at while on our Italy trip.

I liked that the unit had a washer and a dryer for washing our clothes. The host was very kind and informed us that the market may not be open due to holiday. He brought us laundry detergent and left it at the front desk downstairs. Very accommodating A+

The building is a bit away from shops and restaurants but to be fair, we only went out once and was able to find a small market just across the street that had what we needed.

Incredible view

Very nice flat, on the 15th floor, it has a great view. The flat is large with 2 full toilets. There is a new washer and DRYER. The host made sure we were okay and contacted us using WhatsApp in a thoughtful way. There was also free parking, even though it says no parking on Booking. I have been using B and B's for years, in many countries,this was definitely one of the best. I wish we could have stayed additional nights.

There was no negatives to this Booking.

A great stay – we’d happily return anytime!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is spacious, very clean, and has a beautiful view from the 15th floor. It’s well connected to the city center by bus, which made moving around easy. We also appreciated the thoughtful welcome with snacks, a bottle of wine, and water. The kitchen was very well equipped and convenient for cooking. The host was very responsive and replied quickly whenever we had a question.

There was a little street noise due to the location, but it was not an issue for us.

Perfectly decorated. All items were there. Great views from 15th floor. Great Italian restaurant 50 metres away, Scuderie. Host left breakfast items and a bottle of wine.

Amazing place and host! Better impossible...

The appartment is amazing!! One of then best I've ever stayed. It's spacious, extremelly clean, well decorated and with a beautiful view. The location is convienient and the air conditioning in the rooms (even portable) provide a really comfortable staying. The checkin is extremally easy and the host is very courteous - he left a ammenities and snacks for us (wow!!!!)

Despite of the existance of charging stations for eletric cars around the build, the parking spaces are taken irregularly for non-eletric cars and/or the stations are not working. Of course this is not an issue of the apartment, but if you are driving an eletric car it's an awareness.

Beautiful and big apartments with two bedrooms and bathrooms, and a good view as well. The owner left us food for breakfast and snacks. He assisted us with all our of our problems and we are grateful for it😊 Definitely can recommend it!

Above EXCELLENT!!!

That an apartment is just OUTSTANDING. It's on the 15th floor and the view is spectacular. It's very large, super modern, warm. It has everything you need for your stay. You don't need to worry about anything. The host is super nice. We got a welcome bottle of wine, some cookies, fresh foccacia and even a lift to the city center from friend of the owner. That was the best place to stay ever. I loved everything from the top to the bottom. Parking is on the streets outside the building. Its highly recommended for everyone. You won't regret if you choose this place. If i could i would give 100/10. Thank you.

Perfekt für einen Aufenthalt mit Freunden in Genua.

Lage war super. Man konnte ein Einstellplatz dazu mieten. Der Gastgeber war schnell erreichbar und hat Fragen und Anliegen schnell beantwortet. Die Wohnung war sehr hell, geräumig und mit allem eingerichtet was man benötigt. Liebevolle Einrichtung. Der Gastgeber hatte noch diverse Sachen parat für den ersten Hunger nach dem Anreisen, sehr aufmerksam, Danke.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento a Genova con la nostra famiglia in occasione della visita all’Acquario di Genova e ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo. L’appartamento si è rivelato comodissimo e ha soddisfatto tutte le nostre esigenze: spazi ampi e ben organizzati, ambienti confortevoli e spaziosi, che con bambini piccoli si sono rivelati molto più comodi rispetto a un soggiorno in hotel. Ottimi anche i servizi offerti dalla struttura, che hanno reso il soggiorno pratico e rilassante. Consigliato soprattutto a famiglie che desiderano visitare Genova in totale comodità

Das Appartement hatte eine hohe Ausstattung. Die Zimmer waren sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und herzliche Kleinigkeiten wurden bereitgestellt. Die Kommunikation erfolgte exzellent und es wurde sogar zu Morgens um 4 ein Taxi besorgt. Die Aussicht war traumhaft. 2 Zimmer, 2 Bäder, 1 Gemeinschaftsraum und 1 offene Küche waren perfekt für 2 Pärchen. Vielen Dank ☆☆☆☆☆

L’appartamento è un giogliellino,curato,pulitissimo,arredato con gusto e stile.si trova in una posizione comoda vicino all’uscita dell’autostrada , a poche fermate di bus dall’acquario e dal centro.Sotto all’appartamento nel raggio di 100metri trovate:ATM,supermercati,bar/pasticcerie,pizzerie,tabacchi,fruttivendoli,farmacie,panifici Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Mariano è un super Host ,disponibile e molto attento ai dettagli,ci ha fatto trovare il kit per la colazione e bibite in frigo e altri confort che abbiamo apprezzato .

Buen apartamento que necesita aire acondicionado

Apartamento muy espacioso, con buenos equipamientos, a excepción de la falta de aire acondicionado. El anfitrión muy amable y la ubicación buena.

Que no haya aire acondicionado en un sitio que en verano es muy caluroso, hace que la estancia sea dura de sobrellevar. Con ventiladores no es suficiente porque lo único que se consigue es remover el aire caliente.

26 noites maravilhosas num apartamento confortável, luxuoso e de muito requinte !

Eu e minha esposa Sandra ficamos 26 noites neste confortável, luxuoso e belo apartamento, de 31 de maio à 26 de junho do ano de 2025, com um atendimento e atenção do proprietário Mariano, simplesmente, maravilhoso, digno de hotel 5 estrelas. Além disso, gostamos da localização, que apesar de não ser no centro histórico, usamos os ônibus números 1, 7, 18 e 20 para irmos em 7 minutos ao centro histórico. Gostamos muito, também, do supermercado Ekom, que fica do outro lado da rua, bastando sair à direita da portaria do edifício, atravessar a rua e entrar numa entrada de carros que vão estacionar no supermercado, que tem muitas coisas que os hospedes precisam para a sua estadia. Realmente, nos sentimos em casa e felizes.

Na nossa hospedagem, gostamos de tudo, porque apesar do grande calor que já estava fazendo em Genova, os dois quartos têm ventiladores muito bons e que nos atenderam bem !

La finestra sul porto un ottimo e strategico appartamento per visitare l acquario di Genova o la città. L appartamento è ben tenuto pulito e con tutto il necessario! Il proprietario gentilissimo! Non L ho abbiamo visto di persona ma si è reso disponibile per tutto. Direi che è super promosso! E sicuramente quando torneremo a Genova torneremo qui!
