Nice apartment in Genova

The owners where very helpful, friendly and had good answers every time we asked something. Fast responding time 🙂 Spacious clean appartement with outside area, quiet. Aircondition in the bedroom is a must in warm weather, helpful for cooling down living room as well.

We could not find a cutting board, otherwise fully equipped kitchen. Furniture in the outside area was not so nice and quite broken but owner said they have ordered new chairs so this will be good. A lot of potential to make a nice outdoor lounge! Located in a quiet area quiet far away from old city centre. Not much to see in the area. Easy access by train and bus.

Inner city home away from home

So much better than being cramped in a hotel room! We had access to the washing machine, our own kitchen and large bathroom, a courtyard with somewhere to dry our clothes and a decent sized bedroom as well as a couch and table and chairs and tv. We would walk out the door down the stairs and we were in the middle of the city. The station and the bus stops were nearby and we used the bus system a lot to get to popular attractions like the port and Villa Durazzo Pallavincini. The hosts were friendly.

The bed was a little soft for us but that's just our opinion.. others may prefer a soft bed. A few more pans would have been useful but we made do ok.

Bardzo komfortowe, miękkie łóżko podwójne. Kuchnia nieźle wyposażona - jest kapsułkowy ekspres do kawy i podstawowe narzędzia kuchenne do przygotowania prostych posiłków. Apartament jest przytulny :)

Łóżko rozkładane wymaga wymiany materaca, jest okropnie twardy. Mieszkanie wymaga wielu poprawek wykończeniowych - podklejenie listew, wykończenie tapety itp. Wiele rzeczy niestety nie wygląda estetycznie, ale jest funkcjonalnie. Jest blisko do przystanku kolejowego, piekarni, kawiarni i sklepów spożywczych. W czwartki jest targ pod kamienicą. Okolica wyglądała bezpiecznie.

Ein Zuhause in Genua

Die Gastgeber Annalisa und Ugo haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen und waren immer gut erreichbar. Wir haben auch viele Tipps für Genua bekommen und Restaurant-Empfehlungen. Die Unterkunft ist in einem Wohnviertel mit vielen Cafés, Bäckereien und zwei Supermärkte sind um die Ecke. Es ist außerhalb der Innenstadt, aber sehr gut mit dem Bus oder dem Regionalzug erreichbar. Es war alles sauber und das Bad und die Terrasse sind schön groß. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine, die wir gern genutzt haben.

Es war alles in Ordnung! Schön wären noch mehr Ablagen oder Haken im Bad und weitere Kleiderbügel, aber das sind nur Kleinigkeiten.

Bien ubicado y comunicado. Muy limpio y bien organizado. El apartamento es muy amplio y cómodo. Distribución muy práctica. Los anfitriones muy amables y atentos. La zona al lado de Vía Cantore y cerca del centro comercial Fuimara. Genial

Super Appartment, wenn man mal nicht direkt im Zentrum übernachten möchte.

Sehr gute Erreichbarkeit mit dem Zug, in 10min ist man mit dem Regionalzug vom Bahnhof Piazza Principe über die Station Genova Sampierdarena, dann 3min Fussweg beim Appartement. Der Check-in ist praktisch geregelt und war problemlos. Annalisa war jederzeit (auch an Ostern 🐣) erreichbar, sehr freundlich und hat gute Tipps gegeben! Das Appartement hat viel Platz, ist praktisch und gemütlich eingerichtet, auch die Küche ist gut nutzbar. Es gibt ausserdem eine ruhige Terrasse. Lebensmittelläden in 5min Entfernung, die Caffetteria San Giorgio gleich an der nächsten Ecke. Mit dem Regionalzug ist man schnell im Zentrum und kann beide Richtungen der ligurischen Küste erkunden.
