L'appartamento ha tutti i servizi basici
La caldaia non stava funzionando ma considerando le alte temperature di agosto non è stato un problema fare le docce con acqua fredda

квартира приємна, велика за площею дві окремі спальні, окрема кухня, окрема зала - це зручно вся техніка також є, все працює, в новому стані ставні на вікнах теж спасали у спеку (кондиціонеру нема, вентилятори) приємні господарі заселення не самостійне, але ключі передали в оговорений час
велика проблема - район. я думаю максимально брудний у всій Генуї. точно не для туристів. спасала зупинка автобусу під будинком, переміщуватись по району дуже неприємно, бо він не прибирається, кругом сміття і неприємно тхне бачіли, шо далеко від центру, але думали гуляти пішки - виявилось нереально сама квартира сучасно зроблена, гарна, будинок старий, але в середені будинку чисто

Primero de todo, el trato de Milena, la anfitriona, el cual fue de 10000!!. En todo momento fue muy amable y nos ayudó en todo. El apartamento es cómodo y amplio. En general, la casa estaba muy bien equipada, sobre todo la cocina. Tanto las camas como el sofá cama eran comodos.
La única cosa que podría decir es que no tiene ascensor.
