Exactly what we needed for our weekend stay

A very nice apartment. Everything was super clean and well maintained. Very practical to have a private drive to park the car. Being able to lock the gate adds more security. The location was fairly central and a short bus ride from the aquarium and old town. The owner was very helpful when we needed her.

It was a little loud a night, which meant not being able to leave the windows open for ventilation. Luckily the building is naturally cool and it wasn't super hot, otherwise we would have a had a problem with no air conditioning. Also there was no drying rack so we had to hang our wet clothes around the flat using the clothes hangers.

L'appartamento pulito è si vede che è stato ristrutturato da poco. La signora molto disponibile per ogni esigenza.

La cameretta è troppo rumorosa, trovandosi su strada, e i letti a molle, fanno troppo rumore in ogni movimento. mi dispiace che il posto macchina e a parte al prezzo dell'appartamento.

Point positif,proche de l'arrêt de bus....

Emplacement très bruyant, impossible d'ouvrir les fenêtres....vue sur la rue et les passants .Une seule prise électrique dans la cuisine pour tous les appareils,rien dans la salle de bain.Douche qui fuit ,salle de bain trempée....Petits lits qui craquent lorsqu'on bouge

für Städteurlaub perfekt

Um Genua besser kennenzulernen, ist dort ein guter Ausgangspunkt. Die Wohnung lag ca. 50 Gehminuten außerhalb vom Hotspot. Von dort hatte man eine gute Anbindung an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Restaurants gab es leider kaum welche in der direkten Nähe. Es gibt eine kleine Pizzeria wenn man die Treppen hinaufsteigt. Das Essen schmeckt sehr gut. Tolles Essen gab es in der Le Scuderie Dell'Astronauta. Sehr schönes Restaurant und sehr empfehlenswert.

Die meisten Parks waren Baustellen oder ungepflegt. Das war schade. Sehr belebte und vielbefahrene Straßen. Nichts für jemanden, der die Ruhe sucht...

Очень плохой опыт. Бронирование было подтверждено, оплата списана, однако никакой инструкции по заселению предоставлено не было. На звонки и сообщения через Booking никто не отвечал. Вынуждены были ожидать без связи несколько часов. Позже удалось выйти на связь, но к тому моменту мы уже были вынуждены найти другое место проживания. Деньги возвращены не были. Абсолютная безответственность и отсутствие коммуникации. Не рекомендую.

Sauber, aber Lage nicht so toll

Das Appartement ist wie die Fotos es zeigen. Es ist sauber und die Ausstattung ist ausreichend. Die Dame die uns in Empfang nahm war nett, aber auch froh, dass sie gehen konnte, nachdem wir alles erklärt bekamen.

Ich bin verwundert, dass niemand im Vorfeld erwähnt hat, dass die Lage sehr laut ist. Wer das nicht kennt, sollte Ohrstöpsel mit nehmen. In der Regel war es nachts vielleicht für 2-3Std leise. Man hört jedes Auto. Ausserdem empfinde ich die Parkgebühr in Höhe von 10€ pro Tag als Touristen abzocke. Die Strasse bietet keine anderen nahe liegenden Parkplätze überall ist Parkverbot. Eine richtige Klimaanlage würde der Unterkunft gut tun. Die Räume heizen sich sehr auf und man hat nur 2 kleine Ventilatoren zur Verfügung.

Bien, pero con poco puede ser mejor

El parking es muy bueno, la casa estaba bien, entramos por nuestra cuenta sin problema

Faltaban utensilios básicos, alquilamos para 5 y tenían solo juego de 4 cubiertos, avisamos y nos trajeron un juego de cubiertos y sábanas. No había detergente para lavar platos, tuvimos que comprar.

Apartamento cómodo con estacionamiento privado muy conveniente pero algo ruidoso (tránsito y vecinos)

Es cómodo el estacionamiento privado y el apartamento es amplio. Llegamos y el inodoro no tenía tapa. Se demoraron hasta el día siguiente en resolverlo pero eventualmente lo hicieron. Las camas son cómodas. La ducha es incómoda (muy pequeña). El apartamento es ruidoso (ruidos de calle transitada y se escuchan los vecinos, lo cual fue algo molesto). Lo demás todo bien.
