The owner was really great and polite. He even brought us the foccacca on our last day.
The kitchen is great and well equiped. The coffee maschine is great.
There is a grocery shop really close and we didn’t had any problem with the parking space.
The apartment has potential, but unfortunately our stay wasn’t as comfortable as we had hoped. The furniture is quite dated, and the apartment could have been cleaner when we arrived. The bedsheets in the bedroom were old and the smell was bad.
One of the biggest issues was the temperature – the entire apartment has tiled floors, which made it very cold, especially in the evenings. There was only one blanket provided, and it didn’t have a cover, so we found it difficult to stay warm and comfortable during the night. Walking barefoot was impossible because of how cold the floors were.
With some updates to the furnishings, cleanliness, and heating arrangements, this place could be much more enjoyable.

Casa pulita e.ben organizzata, con tutto tutto quel che serve .Posto auto, il che è molto utile a prescindere. Strategica posizione dell'appartamento.per i trasporti e un buon market per la spesa. Facilissimi i trasporti per il centro di Genova, con la ricchezza artistica dei suoi palazzi, il fascino dei carrugi, le bellissime chiese, gli usi e costumi di una Genova autentica da esplorare. Facile arrivare alla stazione ferroviaria Principe per il Levante, il Ponente, le Cinque Terre ed esplorare tutti i dintorni. Per grandi e piccini l'acquario merita. Simone e' un host speciale ! Tanta accoglienza e consigli, gentilezza e disponibilità ! Si capisce che ama il luogo in cui vive. In due parole: speriamo di tornare presto e consigliatissimo !
La cappa di aspirazione in cucina è da sistemare tutta, e anche se spazio comune condominiale una spolverata in alto sopra la porta di ingresso alla casa la darei

Appartamento molto grande e pulitissimo.
C'è tutto ciò che serve per cucinare.
Molto gradevole anche tutti i giochini per passare il tempo.
Molto gentile e cordiale l'host.
Ottima la posizione e anche il fatto di avere il posto auto e il super mercato sotto casa.
A volere essere proprio pignoli, l'odore dell'appartamento, tipico di palazzi datati.
