Excellent location and everything in the room and communal areas was clean and tidy. Little fridge with bottles of water on arrival.
Could do with a fixed rail or hooks for towels. Drying stand is too small so worked better for drying your beach stuff on the balcony instead. Would have been nice to have chairs out there but host was happy for us to borrow the ones from the communal area.

We lived the gentleman who greeted us and took care of us during our stay. The place is clean, beautiful and well laid out. The location???!!!! We were within 100 feet of the best restaurants in Monopoli. The old town, which surrounded us, was spectacular. The food, marvelous, the people, the land, the sea, the beaches…. Kings excellent! Thanks Pepe!
