Zeer fijn hotel, ruime kamer op een perfecte locatie dichtbij het mooie centrum van Monopoli. Communicatie bij check-in was ook super!
Het enige nadeel was dat het leek alsof de airconditioning ‘s nachts op spaarstand ging, waardoor het in de nacht erg warm was.

La stanza, la ristrutturazione e la posizione.
Gli orari di check in (troppo tardi) e check out (troppo presto) senza alcuna flessibilità. Inoltre, essendo gestito tutto da remoto è dovuta essere una nostra preoccupazione recuperare l importo della tassa di soggiorno preciso in contanti per poterlo lasciare nella camera.

La ubicación y el alojamiento eran cómodos.
La atención del personal es muy escasa. Tienen un horario súper limitado y no puedes ponerte en contacto si pasa cualquier cosa. El aire acondicionado se estropeó dos noches seguidas y ni se disculparon ni preocuparon. Realmente fue decepcionante pagar tanto para que lo básico no funcionase y tuviésemos que dormir con calor.
