Ambience and the breakfast! The bed was very comfortable as well. It had a spacious shower and bathroom.

I would only change that there is no water kettle in the room for tea or coffee.

Excellent location close to old town. Wonderful staff and excellent breakfast. Roof terrace was an extra bonus. We loved our stay and definitely recommend.

Communication was excellent even before we arrived, and from the moment we got there, we were greeted so warmly. Every member of the staff made us feel incredibly welcome throughout our stay. Our suite was stunning—spacious, beautifully decorated and impeccably clean, with a lovely view of the courtyard where breakfast was served each morning. Having a Nespresso machine in our room was such a nice touch and perfect for making a quick espresso when we first woke up. My only small suggestion would be to have an iron available, especially since so many of my summer clothes were linen! Breakfast was amazing. They were happy to prepare whatever we requested, and everything was always served with a smile. Sitting in the beautiful courtyard each morning was such a wonderful way to start the day. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Monopoli’s historic centre. You cannot drive directly to the property, but there is a free parking lot about a 10-minute walk away, which we found very easy and convenient. We were also able to walk to the beaches. We chose to spend a few days at Macramè (about a 25 min walk) a gorgeous private beach where we paid approximately €75–€100 for two sunbeds and an umbrella. What we especially loved was that although Innesto Rooms is right in the middle of the historic centre, it is incredibly quiet. You would never know that restaurants, shops and all the activity of Monopoli are just around the corner. After a busy day exploring, we were always so happy to come back to Innesto. We would absolutely stay at Innesto Rooms again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Monopoli. It truly felt like a little home away from home during our week in Puglia.

Everything! Spotless and super spacious rooms, unbeatable location right in the heart of Monopoli, and the food was delicious. Staff were so friendly and genuinely helpful, and we always felt safe. Would come back in a heartbeat. 🫶🏻
