Absolutely beautiful property. The room and grounds were both well maintained and the suite outdoor space is a gem. Such a treat to have the outdoor kitchen and jacuzzi. Breakfast was great - fresh and so lovely to be treated to homegrown fruit every day. Minor issues were sorted quickly and communication with Mauro was really good throughout the entire stay. Would highly reccomend this property for anyone staying in Monopoli
Not a dislike but worth noting it's a good 30 minute walk into the old town from the property. We had a car so no issues but without this in the august heat (40 degrees plus) this walk would have been a bit more difficult especially with children. In cooler weather it definately would be a nice pleasant walk and so I wouldn't let this put anyone off booking this property that wasn't planning hiring a car

O local é lindo, com muitas oliveiras e vista linda. O staff muito simpático e sempre disponível. Quartos com bom espaço e banheiro muito bom.
O quarto era muito bom, mas você consegue ouvir quando outras pessoas passam pelo corredor, abrem a porta, etc.

This place is just perfect! We got the family suite with lots of spaces, amazing breakfast and great support from Mario, the host
It was not walking distance from the restaurants and city center but we could go by car and park easily
$$$$
