8 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026
Location was great, room was comfortable, breakfast was good.
No cold A/C as season has changed? Room is a little noisy from the street, worse when you leave balcony door open. Staff where not forth coming with information on attractions, spa, taxi's ect other than giving you a number to call for a taxi which was almost impossible to get and took almost an 1hr and half to get one. Asked about spa and response was not included, so didn't answer my question. Doubled the room tax from the original booking that we had in writing:(

Modern, clean and comfortable! Cosimo was available whenever needed.
I thought the pool and spa were included but they were for an additional cost.

The breakfast was delicious and available early, which we appreciated. The location is excellent and within walking distance of the historic old town. The room was spacious and just perfect for our few days in Monopoli!
No complaints! Our stay was quiet, with an excellent breakfast and helpful staff!

Close to downtown.
The fact that the pool (and spa?) are downstairs - in fact underground.
