Sara made our stay extremely easy and enjoyable from check in to check out and everything in between. Our room was perfect for our group of 4. Beautifully furnished and centrally located, I would definitely rebook here in the future.

We had three rooms, one had a wonderful terrace that overlooked a small square and church. It was absolutely perfect. Great to gather and share a bottle of wine. The staff was extremely helpful and the location couldn’t be better. I miss Monopoli - skip Bari and stay in Monopoli an extra night.

The interior design was nice and the location was exceptional
It is not a hotel and should not be marketed as such. It was more an air bnb . No on site reception, no proper coffee/kettles and no daily cleaning (maybe once in our 3 nights). Billing did not match the booking and zero explanations when queried. ‘It is what it is’ was the explanation. Shower stalls didn’t always drain properly and one of our rooms was flooded. But worst of all were the steps - beware of booking the suite. Beautiful terrace but the ladder to the room was ridiculous. This was not communicated prior so they should be more transparent
