Bellissima struttura, ben curata e pulita.
Ottima posizione da dove di possono raggiungere rapidamente varie destinazioni turistiche. Ampio parcheggio a disposizione gratuitamente.
Colazione con un buffet abbondante e variato.
Nonostante all'esterno le temperature erano piuttosto basse, all’interno era ben riscaldato.
Personale molto gentile e sempre disponibile.

El alojamiento es precioso, está en un lugar muy bonito rodeado de naturaleza. La habitación era muy agradable, mejor que en las fotos. Además, el personal fue muy atento. Buen desayuno. Localización perfecta para conocer los pueblos del valle d’Itria.

The look of the Masseria is absolutely stunning. The location too is lovely, although very difficult to get to (and a little unnerving driving at night). Monica and Oviglio (?) were both absolutely charming, and could not have been more helpful. They made us feel very welcome, and definite made our stay more pleasant.
Eg breakfast on day 1 was a little basic. However, we indicated what we would like going forwards, and Monica was only too pleased to get it for days 2 and 3. The room we stayed in for the first 2 nights was adorable.
The management was woeful. We were put in the very awkward position of feeling obliged to give up the lovely room we were in for the 3rd night, because someone had made a mistake with the booking or allocation of rooms for a wedding party. The management did there best to talk up the room they wanted us to move to, but it was clearly inferior. They did agree that there would be no charge. However, given the choice, we would happily have stayed in the room we were and paid for it. The whole episode was shocking. We were the incumbents. They should have explained to the wedding party that the room was already occupied, instead of making us feel awkward about staying. To avoid a repeat, they should make a rule not to take other guests when they have a wedding party booked. On that night and the following morning, we were made to feel as though we were in the way and that they would prefer if we were not there. Shocking.
