good location not too far from High Street, lovely view from Windows. Property was very clean. Bed was comfortable. hosts were very helpful and reactive.

nothing really negative to stay except it would be great to have a lamp in the front room for evenings when you’re watching TV and the TV could be upgraded to a smart TV so you could log into your Netflix or iPlayer, et cetera, as TV can be dire without these things and obviously it’s the winter so you don’t be really out as much as you would in the summer

Great apartment with lovely sea view.

The view was really lovely, better than we had imagined, literally next to the beach. The apartment was warm, clean and well laid out, with everything needed for our stay, with great kitchen appliances and a welcome tray for tea and coffee a nice extra touch. It was an easy process to book and then find the address, thanks to the owner Karen who replied to a last minute, same day booking very quickly. We felt at home in minutes, and could have spent a full holiday here.

Not really a negative, but as another review has mentioned, it might be a nice touch to have some exterior lighting for the parking space at the rear, as it is really dark there. Wasn't a big issue for us, as I had a torch ready to use, but just an idea for the future, and the free and safe parking was much appreciated.

Excellent property for a short stay at Burnham on Sea with lovely sea views.

Great communication with the owner who was very helpful. Safe, convenient parking. Lovely sea views and access to the beach. The accommodation was clean, had all we needed and we enjoyed a restful night’s sleep.

Great find

Loved everything about this property. Very clean and well equipped with everything you need. The location is perfect, overlooking the sea and quiet. For a dog owner it was ideal as we took long walks on the beach, which was very quiet. Will definitely come back.
