The Velvet Hideaway

Great location at the Velvet Hideaway, close to it all. Awesome accommodation with quirky style and comfort, very clean and loved all the little personal touches, such as the prosecco/cake on arrival and little message. We didnt use much of the outside space as the weather had been abit iffy but chilled in the lounge space which was very cosy. I saw a few people had mentioned the shower temperature being temperamental but we had no issues and loved the facilities.

I feel beds are such a personal preference and hard to please everyone. Just want to add, the bed is just fine but for us, we found the duvet super heavy and we struggled with it. Wouldn’t stop us staying again though.

The tranquility of the location, the accommodation was well equipped and comfortable with great outdoor seating areas.

Nothing, all was great

The property felt homely. It was peaceful and relaxing. With a controllable room temperature was amazing. You felt isolated but at the same time surrounded strange but yeah a good feeling. Recommend 100% an experience either alone or with that someone special. Magical.

Location was so near the beach and town

The chandelier in the caravan was far too low we kept on bumping a heads on it when stood up from off the sofa also the property was advertised as a one bedroom house but it was a caravan. Bbq coals didn't light so it ruined the barbecue experience
