Laminaat is aan vervanging toe en de kledingkast is niet te gebruiken omdat de deuren niet volledig open kunnen ivm te dicht op het bed. (Optie kast met schuifdeur)

Wifi was good

Aside from the street noise, there are several other important issues to be aware of. My wife and I stayed at this BnB from April 1st to April 8th, 2026, on the first floor. We received a standard check-in message with Wi-Fi details and general instructions, including the usual warning that any damages would need to be paid for. As a precaution, we inspected the apartment upon arrival—and that’s when the problems started. First, the furniture disposition does not match the photos. While this is not a major issue, it becomes inconvenient if you want to watch TV while eating. The TV is positioned directly in front of the bed, so your only options are to eat on the bed or from the sofa. Second, poor maintenance. The walls behind the bed are cracked, and the main door is not properly aligned with the floor. There is a large gap at the bottom—big enough to fit a hand through—where there should be proper insulation. Third, privacy is an issue. The apartment has four windows, of which one is blocked by the sofa. If you open the others to let in natural light, you are fully exposed to nearby offices, where people can and will easily look inside the apartment so only option is artificial lights Fourth, the apartment setup is very minimal. Towels are provided, but that’s about it. There is a washing machine, but no detergent or pods (fortunately, there is a self-service laundry across the street). The kitchen has a sink but no dish soap, sponge, or cloth for cleaning or drying dishes. In the bathroom, there are three soap dispensers (two for body wash and one for shampoo), all of which were empty. There is a wardrobe, but accessing it requires removing the bed each time. Two rolls of toilet paper were provided as standard if it wasn’t for the fact that the spare one was dusty and dirty. Kitchen equipment is extremely limited: one mug, one bowl, and very few utensils.
