Tudo muito bem resolvido, conforto.
Infelizmente como na maioria desse flats em prédio antigo, o ruído dos outros apartamentos é irritante. Não há isolamento acústico entre as unidades e o barulho do apartamento de cima é bastante incômodo. Para a o exterior, a porta acústica protege bastante.

Posizione centrale, camera ben equipaggiata
Lavandino minuscolo, troppo rumore dall’appartamento superiore e, in parte, anche dalla strada. Poi un giorno c’è stata un’interruzione dell’acqua: il problema era indipendente dalla struttura, si era rotta una tubazione in strada, ma ho scritto al proprietario per avere informazioni e non mi ha mai risposto
