- unbequeme Barhocker mit Stehtisch zum Essen
- es fehlen Aufhänger für Handtücher
- die Wohnung war im März deutlich zu kalt (Sie wird mit einer Infrarotplatte an der Decke beheizt, allerdings sprang diese nicht immer an, trotz Thermostat und durch die große Fensterfront geht natürlich viel Wärme verloren)
