Apartamento correcto, con cocina con todo lo que necesitas, cama comoda y sofa cama. Baño completo. Apartamento muy correcto y moderno para pasar una noche. Si que es verdad que pillamos un dia de mucho calor y tuvimos que dormir con el ventilador porque no tenia aire pero sin problema.

La comunicacion con el anfitrión fué un poco justa, en el sentido que en teoria llegaba al alojamiento sobre las 7 de la tarde y a las 13:00h no sabia nada del codigo de entrada. Tuve que llamar al anfitrion para que me comentase como entrar, y me dijo que hasta las 4 ni estaba listo pero podía haberme avisado antes para saber este dato.

No parking lobby or parking space

The apartment looks exactly like the pictures and is suitable for a family of 4. Overall, the apartment was suitable for our one-night stay, but there were several communication and preparation issues that deeply impacted our experience.

Check-in & Communication: We had a long drive from Romania and messaged at 2:20pm (local time, less than 2 hours before the 4pm check-in) asking for access details and parking. We had to message on both Booking and WhatsApp. The host then asked for IDs; this standard check easily could have been done a day prior to save time. At 4:30pm, when roughly 20 minutes away, I had to text again. Only then did the welcome info arrive. Chasing for info caused unnecessary stress that we wouldn't be able to get in. Preparation: We arrived at 5pm. Though booked for 4 people, the sofa bed was completely unmade for our 1-night stay. We had to dig out the linen/towels from the sofa storage and make it ourselves, which was very disappointing. Parking: Instructions arrived late at 5:45pm, claiming street parking was free on Sat/Sun. This was wrong; it was chargeable on Sat until 7pm. We had already found a spot and paid €1.50 ourselves before they replied. Furthermore, the property didn't reply to my original Booking app inquiry until 1:40pm the next day—long after checkout—saying no parking was available at such a short notice. Rules & Amenities: The welcome text listed extreme extra cleaning fees, threatening charges for the oven, microwave, dishwashing (€8), and kitchen cabinets (€20.80). Standard cleaning should be covered by the booking fee; and wondering, what is the staff actually paid to do if we must leave it spotless? Worse, while we were required to wash dishes to avoid a fee, the dish soap bottle was completely empty. Note: The owners later messaged on WhatsApp asking why we gave low staff/value scores, stating they want all guests to feel welcome and looked after. Due to the stressful check-in, unmade beds, wrong parking info, and severe cleaning rules, we did not feel looked after at all. We want the hosts to take this as constructive feedback, and hope it helps future guests.
