City apparent in Pforzheim
The accomodation was clean, modern and well appointed, with all the amenities you need for a brief stay. The shower room is particularly nice and the beds are very comfy.
The communication from the host could have been more forthcoming. We had to send messages to him to get the details about how to access the property. Really I would have expected this information at least several hours before our scheduled arrival.

the only remark is that the communication via text messages was in German and we are English-speaking people. it seems that the owner(s) are speaking in English, but still the majority of the communication was in German.

Very nice, clean spacious place
The place is clean, bright, and spacious. Very centrally located, we could reach everything downtown by foot. A nice shopping mall is right next door.
We were in town during a heat wave, a fan or AC would have been nice.

Vorsicht - Kakerlaken
Auf den ersten Blick schön eingerichtet. Das Bad sieht recht neu aus. Allerdings sind die Stühle total durchgesessen. Die Matratzen sind ziemlich durchgelegen.
!!!Kakerlaken!!! Die waren überall, unter den Bänken, im Bad, im Küchenschrank. Nicht sehr viele, aber genug, um vor dieser Unterkunft zu warnen. Und der Vermieter reagiert nicht einmal auf den Hinweis. Geht gar nicht!!!

Apartamento incrível, limpo, organizado, cozinha bem equipada, roupas de cama limpas, proprietário prestativo e responde rápido visita a propriedade se precisarmos de algo. Local meio barulhento extremamente porém no centro da cidade perto de extamente tudo. Super recomendo ,uma estadia incrível de todo modo .

Goed verblijf
De locatie was goed voor ons om een tussenstop te maken richting onze vakantie. Regeling van de sleutel/toegang ging heel vlot. Het appartement was oké voor ons gezin om 1 nacht te slapen. Parking was een beetje krap voor onze wagen (vw bus), maar wel blij dat hij veilig stond.
