We had a great time in Pforzheim thanks to the owner.

The owner was very friendly and accommodating and speaks English fluently. Some neighbours were also very helpful. The flat was spacious and well appointed. The town was interesting to visit and good for kids: there is a large animal park that is free of charge and has moose, bison, deer and otters, etc.

All together at disappointing experience. The apartment needs repairs and new beds and appliances.

Good location, although hard to get to, it’s surrounded by one-way traffic. We needed a sleeping opportunity into separate rooms - sleeper couch in the living area was very comfortable, but mattresses of two single beds in the bedroom are very saggy and need to be replaced. Third bed in bedroom broke down all together. Kitchen seemed well stocked, until we realized that toaster and coffee maker were broken, electric kettle broke during the first week of our two weeks stay.

Electric kettle broke during the first week of our two weeks stay. The apartment seems well used and seems in general disrepair. Some blinds are broken, sink and drain of stand up shower in bathroom need maintenance. One of the lighting tracks in kitchen broke on our last day. We found it extremely tricky to park our car on this”Hebebühne“ in the Underground parking. The host did provide a microwave, which was listed in the things provided, but there is no space nor plug available for it in the tiny kitchen. There is no router in the place and we could not get on local wifi with password provided. Ended up getting a SIM card and small data plan for our phones during our stay.

Nothing to like in it so irresponsible all i want to say

I want back my money it was horrible expireance for me i was in front of the door at midnight and no one for reception i was in problum how to enter then i found the responcibale who was sleeping at that time in another street she was living . There was no shampoo, no soap , parking was so bad that might can break the car balcony was so dirty . I never recommend this accommodation for anyone so plz back my money.

Un soggiorno veloce in centro.

La posizione dell'alloggio è molto buona, vicina al fiume dove si possono fare Jogging e camminate. Si trova a poco dal centro, volendo ci si può spostare senza auto. L'ambiente è spazioso, c'è l'ascensore che arriva praticamente al piano e c'è uno spazio auto nella rimessa, al coperto. Ottimo prezzo.

Alcuni arredi un po' datati e logori, soprattutto la cucina. Il divano letto, dove abbiamo dormito io e mia moglie, non era comodo e nella sala dove c'è questo divano letto, le tende della finestra non sono oscuranti e manca totalmente la tenda nella porta finestra....quindi al mattino risveglio con sole in faccia.

brak cisnienia w rurach, nie było ciepłej wody tylko leciał delikatnie wrzątek lub zimna woda, nie było pralki w apartamencie, a było w opisie że jest i musieliśmy chodzić do pralni, właściciel obiecał zwrócić koszty prania ale tego nie zrobił, był problem z internetem oraz ogromny problem z parkingiem
