Small breakfast nook with a beverage cooler, coffee maker, and electric kettle for a relaxed start to the morning. South-facing with a view across the B10 toward Oststadtpark. Soundproof windows; however, traffic noise is to be expected when the windows are open. Central location. The city center, shopping, and the train station are all just a few minutes’ walk away.
