Very clean, very friendly, bath room just completely redone, nice
The area of the main entrance to the building could use some cleanup, gras not cut, the parking lot could be easier accessible, some people park their cars without consideration of others, but this is not the loft owner’s fault.

There was free parking.
The apartment is on the last floor, there is no lift, there is no internet, no cable TV, washing machine is not working. There is no place for the clothes to be stacked, we had to keep them on the suitcases.

Schick, aber leider nicht liebevoll
Die Wohnung war an oberflächlich sauber und hübsch eingerichtet. Die Fußbodenheizung war sehr angenehm und die Dusche hat gut funktioniert. Die Vermieterin war nett am Telefon
Das meiste Geschirr hatte Abplatzungen oder stand fleckig in dem Schrank. Das W-Lan ist zusammengebrochen sobald man mit 2 Handys im Internet war und es gab kein klassisches Fernsehen. Es gab einen TV Stick über den man sich in alle Streaming Dienste einloggen konnte. Da meine Eltern das klassische Fernsehen bevorzugen, waren sie darüber enttäuscht. Wenn man etwas streamen wollte und gleichzeitig jemand mit dem Handy im Netz unterwegs war, dann brach oft das W-Lan zusammen. Die rote Couch im Wohnzimmer war hart und unbequem. Die braune ist offensichtlich nur der Mittelteil einer Eckcouch und sehr durchgesessen. Man ist darin eingesackt. Ein Witz sind auch die Barhocker. Sie sehen sehr schick aus, aber an denen kann man leider nicht sitzen, da deren Sitzfläche fast mit der Tischplatte des Küchenblocks abschließt. Die Betten waren weich. Das ist für mich unschön, andere mögen das. Wenn man die Fenster zu hält, ist der Straßenlärm zu ertragen. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung schick, aber die Möbel sind zusammengewürfelt und leider nicht mit bedacht gewählt.
