Excellent alternative to any hotel in Pforzheim
This is a repeat visit. Did stay in various apartments of this host in Goethestr 35 and much prefer this compared to a traditional hotel to room. Entrance with door codes without waiting for a host or receptionist. Complete kitchen with refrigerator with nearby supermarkets (there is even a 24/7 store with vending machines next to the building in Goethestr) Central to the city and train station. Clean and a super walk in shower that most budget hotel rooms in Pforzheim can't match. Seriously who needs a hotel room that offers half of the convenience and privacy when you can have this?

Klein aber fein!
Kleines aber sehr schön eingerichtet Appartement. Es ist alles vorhanden was man für einen Kurzurlaub braucht. Leider keine Spülmaschine, aber das macht überhaupt nichts. Die Lage ist mitten in der City, direkt neben der Schlössle Galerie und einem weiteren Einkaufscenter. Lebensmittel und z.b. Action (falls man mal schnell irgendwas braucht) fußläufig in 1 min erreichbar. Stuttgart ist mit dem Auto in ca 45-50 min erreichbar, dort gibt es den schönen Wilhelmapark mit Zoo und Naturkundemuseum, in Pforzheim selbst gibt es ebenfalls Museen und ein Gasometer mit wechselenden Ausstellungen.
Nachbarn ringsum waren teilweise erschreckend laut. Manchmal hat man sich Sorgen um sein Auto oder eine schreiende Frau gemacht. Da man sich mitten in der City befindet, gibt es keine kostenlosen Parkplätze. Ich habe allerdings vom Gastgeber einen Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus erhalten für 8€ / Tag.

Super Preisleitung in zentraler Lage
Zentrale Lage und sehr moderne Einrichtung. Unkompliziertes Einchecken mit Türcode Geräumiges Badezimmer. Voll funktionsfähige Küche.
Die Heizung hat nicht gleich funktioniert, weil ich es nicht verstanden hat, wie sie ging, nach etwas Anlaufschwierigkeiten ging es dann aber. Der Gastgeber reagiert auch schnell auf Whatsapp.

Wohnung gut, Service unprofessionell.
Die Wohnung ist neu und sauber. Zentrale Lage.
Eine Klappcouch statt Bett ist Geschmacksache, für mich war es okay. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung gut und professionell eingerichtet, jedoch ist der Service unzureichend. Die Kommunikation erfolgt ausschließlich über WhatsApp, wodurch Gästen ohne die App unnötige Hürden entstehen. Erst nach unbeantworteter SMS und telefonischem Nachhaken wurden die Zugangsdaten zur Wohnung per SMS übermittelt. Eine korrekte Rechnung wurde trotz mehrmaliger Aufforderung und Einschaltung von booking.com nicht ausgestellt. Die, die ich schließlich als "Quittung" erhalten habe, enthält Fehler, die ich umgehend per Email bemängelt habe, darauf wurde aber nicht mehr reagiert. Ein solches Gebahren ist insbesondere für Geschäftsreisende unakzeptabel. Eine Rechnung ist gesetzlich vorgeschrieben, kein Goodwill des Vermieters. Warum bekommt man das nicht gebacken? Sehr seltsam...
