Exemplary, centrally located, an newly renovated!

The hosts were very attentive as I gave a quick call to make sure I was parked in the correct spot. The code had to be updated upon arrival but the hosts immediately answered the phone and I was able to enter a beautifully decorated and well thought out design apartment! Brava to the company that did the tiling as the large tiles were perfectly placed on the walls and grouts perfectly aligned! The bed was so comfortable and the bedsheets clean. The apartment is in a hof so it is away form traffic and is quiet. The location is completely central to the main shopping pedestrian street in Pforzheim. I liked the apartment so much, I already have booked the accommodation for my next visit!

Wir haben uns wohl und heimisch gefühlt, kann man empfehlen !!

Es war ein geräumiges modernes neu eingerichtetes Appartement: - elektr. digitale Türschlösser – Code haben wir erst vor Ort erhalten,mit Bedienungsanweisung über WhatsApp, Self-Check-In. - elektr. bedienbare Rollläden, Infrarot Deckenheizung. Zentral in der Innenstadt gelegen - trotzdem ruhig, da zum Hinterhof ausgerichtet. Nicht weit vom Hbf Pforzheim entfernt, Bushaltestellen in der Nähe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Wir haben uns wohl und heimisch gefühlt.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft-absolut empfehlenswert

Sehr schöne Wohnung, die geschmackvoll eingerichtet ist. In der Küche findet man alles, was man braucht. Die Lage ist fantastisch, es ist alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Wohnung empfehle ich gerne weiter.

Es nur ein kleines bisschen kalt, aber sonst war wirklich alles toll.

Das Appartement ist neu und hochwertig renoviert, es ist alles da was benötigt wird, in Bad und Küchenzeile, komfortables Boxspringbett, stilvoll und wohnlich eingerichtet, Parkplatz vor dem Gebäude für 8€ pro Tag.

Erklärvideo wurde davor verschickt- Vermieter hat telefonisch noch geholfen); für Familienbesuch in Pforzheim und Radtour in der Gegend perfekt

Hervorragende Unterkunft in zentraler Lage.

Top Lage...Zentral...nettes China-Restaurant um die Ecke...mehrere Bäckereien, welche schon um 6 Uhr öffnen und Frühstück anbieten ebenfalls um die Ecke.....sehr saubere und geräumige Unterkunft. Sehr unkomplizierter CheckIn/Out. Sehr freundlicher Kontakt. Werde beim nächsten Aufenthalt in Pforzheim wieder dort buchen.

Die Kopfkissen waren eher suboptimal, aber das ist halt sehr individuell zu betrachten.
