Perfekt für einen Ausflug nach Pforzheim

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und modern, der Zustand von allen Möbeln, dem Bad, der Küche ist top! Schnelles Internet ist vorhanden. Darüber hinaus ist die Lage des Apartments zentral und dennoch ruhig, wir konnten ungestört schlafen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war schnell sowie unkompliziert.

Alles war gut, zumindest für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Da die Wohnung klein ist, ist sie wahrscheinlich für längere Reisen weniger geeignet. Es ist aber keine Kritik, nur Info.

Ideal für einen Kurztrip

Die zentrale Lage und der einfach Check-In/out. Der Vermieter war sehr gut erreichbar und hat Möglichkeiten zur Gepäckverwahrung gegeben.

Zimmer ist hellhörig und (zweckmäßig)nicht gemütlich/einladend eingerichtet.

Sehr hübsches Apartment mit allem was man braucht für einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Eine Schlüsselübergabe gab es nicht, der Gastgeber schickt vorab einen Schlüsselcode für die Eingangstür und das Zimmer. Es wird sogar eine Videoanleitung geschickt, die das ganze nochmal erklärt. Wichtig ist bei der Eingabe des Schlüsselcode ruhig zu bleiben eventuell klappt es nicht gleich aber der Gastgeber war sofort am Telefon um zu helfen.

Prima voor een doorreis, een betaalbare stop

Het was netjes. En prima voor een nachtje op doorreis zijn. De locatie is in de stad, vlakbij wat restaurantjes, maar verwacht geen historisch deel daar. We hadden een parkeerplaats a 8 euro gevraagd. Deze was bezet in eerste instantie. Na wa-contact en wat uurtjes wachten konden we toch parkeren.

We misten een koffiezetapparaat. En wellicht een afwasborstel. Theedoek was er wel, en koelkast.

Self Check-In problemlos. Saubere Zimmer; Preis-Leistung hervorragend.

Das Türschloss ist ein bisserl gewöhnungsbedürftig und ein 4-stelliger Code fühlt sich auch nicht sehr sicher an (kein Problem, wenn man nichts wertvolles im Zimmer hat - befindet man sich im Raum, kann man auch von innen sicher versperren); Zugangsinfos per WhatsApp; Sehr laute Zimmernachbarn, die man erstaunlicherweise aber wenig im eigenen Zimmer hörte (im Gang umso mehr).

Schönes gepflegtes Appartement , zu einem passablen Preis.

Der Vermieter hat sich sehr bemüht, nachzufragen ob alles in Ordnung ist mit der Wohnung. Der reservierte Parkplatz für 8€ hat sich für mich auf jeden Fall gerechnet. Man wohnt sozusagen fast in der City. Die Wohnung hat eine sehr ruhige Lage. Ein paar Meter und man ist bereits an einer Einkaufsmeile. Die Wohnung ist klein aber fein. Für 1-2 Personen völlig ausreichend. Wenn man länger als ein paar Tage bleiben will, sollten ein paar Utensilien aus der heimischen Küche mitgebracht werden. Wenn man Anfragen an den Vermieter hat, am besten per Handy oder Whats App. Per Mail dauert es, bis die Antwort kommt. Am Tag der Anreise erhält man umfangreich Infos, die wichtig sind um in die Wohnung zu kommen und alles was wichtig ist.
