The cleanliness and it’s very new.
A little too small.

Sufficient seating and really nicely decorated. Comfortable bed. Coffee machine nice touch.
No air con and was super hot night. Lots of construction taking place early morning next door. Hot water did not work and host was slow to remedy, so we couldn’t shower during our stay. Part refund was granted. Blind on window didn’t go all the way down so let light in.
