Hot water runs out very quickly, despite large tank, the large family could not all have a quick hot shower before it went cold.

Spacious house for my kids friends to join us for a few nights. Spacious and comfortable. Nice floor plan.
The master room upstairs bed is a full size. Too small for 2 regular sized adults. Luckily, there were a lot of beds.

Great location and house, the fire was warm and the views beautiful. The house was clearly a family home and was very relaxing, we very much enjoyed our stay.
The only issue was the openness of the 4th bedroom, which really is a downstairs lounge rather than a 4th bedroom.
