地理位置不错，房间宽敞。阳光房很不错，洗的衣服很快就晒干了。

厨房不具备烹饪功能，只有一个很老式的电热炉，完全不能做饭。房东就住在楼上，晚上有时走动的声音很响。

Bed was a bit soft for us but that may just be personal preference.

the location was great, a few books and puzzles were enjoyed.

unfortunately we have a list of things that were not up to scratch. individually not that big but there are quite a few of them. there was no welcome folder. we did not get a message prior to arriving to give us access details or wifi. it took three calls to the number given to get a result. the kitchenette was very cramped and awkward being in the entryway. one double powerpoint served 5 items. microwave turntable broken, unfinished wall behind shelf in kitchen that stored pots and hotplate. very difficult to get things out of, no smoke alarm that we could find, lint all over one of the doonas, no powerpoint on one side of main bed, advertised as having toiletries but only body wash, both hairdryers were faulty, our "garden view" consisted of 3 dead plants in pots, dead grass and a fence that was in dire need of paint, the other bedroom looked out onto a dead pot plant and rubbish bins, conservatory glass was dirty and dusty and cobwebby with a great splotch of rubbish on the glass roof. this was the only accommodation we had in almost 3 weeks that did not supply a few basic condiments, eg salt and pepper, this was the most expensive accommodation we had and the most disappointing.
