Modern 1-Bedroom Guesthouse with Roys Peak Views

Simply the best property we have stayed at in New Zealand! Everything felt very new and well taken care of. Squeaky clean and so peaceful, in a very quiet and pretty neighbourhood. The place has absolutely everything that you might need for a wonderful stay - very well equipped kitchen with healthy and high quality kitchenware, spices and cooking essentials, fully equipped bathroom, good heater, electric blanket on bed and so much more. Also, the bed mattress and pillows are super comfortable and we have had an amazing sleep every night of our stay. It’s rare you get such great rentals where everything is thought of, so thanks a lot for it and keep it up!

I didn’t find a physical copy of the online operating instructions for things inside. This is useful to short cut finding emails etc

New, clean and comfortable after the first 36 hours

The unit was an ice box for the first 36 hours until the little heater and the underfloor bathroom heating helped heat the place. No electric blanket on bed. We were invited to reach out to hosts - but email said "No reply"?????

Very clean and well laid out! Super easy to come and go.
