Staff were courteous, accommodating and hospitable.

1. The air conditioner had a strong unpleasant odor upon arrival and did not cool the room adequately. 2. The leatherette bed was uncomfortable as it tended to retain heat and made sleeping sweaty. 3. There was no electric kettle available, despite it being listed in the booking description. 4. The Wi-Fi connection was either very weak or not functioning properly during our stay. 5. There was no security guard present on the premises. 6. The parking area had a sign stating, "Park at your own risk," which raised concerns about vehicle security. 7. No toiletries were provided during our three-night stay, not even basic items such as tissue paper.
