The location is accessible (convenient jeepney routes) and the room is clean and provides what you need for your stay. I would say that it's good value for the place. The staff was also very nice and helped us with our inquiries about how to commute around Bacolod. You can also ask for tissue for your room. AC was also nice and cold. There's also a nearby convenience store if you need anything for your stay.

Our room looked kind of old and had a lot of mosquitos. The place just looked better in the photos but, again, for the price, it's not that bad. Though the location is accessible via commute, grab, etc., it's not the nearest place to anywhere of note.

The receptionist in the morning was very helpful and was recommending places to go. She was kind and understandable and helpful. She is a hard worker always cleaning and busy doing a good job.

It seems like the bathroom wasn't fully fixed after something broke down. The receptionist at night didn't understand me much. His english is limited so it was difficult communicating with him.

Room number 3. Mosquito screens broken and windows need attention. Mosquitoes particularly problematic in the bathroom. Plumbing pipes not sealed at the wall and consequently had to block with toilet paper and a plastic bag. Walk in price is 1200 Pesos, but possible to negotiate down for a longer stay. Air conditioning adequate but no tv or kettle in the room. A fair walk from central Bacolod in the hot sun, although a good bakery/ restaurant (Margie’s) within walking distance. 15 minutes walk to Cere’s south bus station. There is an IMart (similar to 7-11), several laundromats and some restaurants nearby.
