The property is old. The room is very outdated and dirty . Dust and spider webs on the corner. Not well lit. The place has an Erie vibe I guess because of the lighting. For the price you can already get a nice alternative. I should have checked google reviews first because there were same bad experiences left by other guests few years ago, up to date same opportunities.

Staff are exceptional and was the highlight of this booking as they were extremely accommodating with all our requests, plus hotel’s location is great as it’s in proximity to a lot of restos and shops, but the room itself needs a lot of renovation - I get that this is a super old hotel but there shouldn’t be any excuse for dusty walls and lamps, and the worst part was the RUSTY SHOWER HEAD - felt like the water was so dirty every time I took a bath but I had no choice lol. They could at least change the shower head, fix the bidet, add simple shampoo and conditioner toiletries. Pillowcases, though clean had visible stains and smelled weird. I love bacolod though so would give this another chance!

I don't recommend this place or atleast the room we stayed. AC wasn't cold. Bathroom wasn't cleaned. Floor was sticky. TV wasn't properly working. As if the room wasn't properly prepared before we clocked in even though we booked it late at night.

Convenient for overnight stays. This is a good location but the hotel needs to do some upgrades with the air conditioners facing the bed instead of the closets. The bathroom is nasty. It could use some bleach specially toilet bowl.
